Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and care of lawns and green spaces on residential and commercial properties. You’ll work alongside experienced team members to deliver high-quality results and keep our clients’ properties looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers

• Follow daily job instructions provided by the Lawn Care Lead or Crew Leader

• Keep work areas clean and organized and ensure proper cleanup at each job site

• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials each day

• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and follow all company safety protocols

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required—training is available

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor

• Basic knowledge of lawn care tools and equipment is a plus

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to take direction

• Must be punctual and reliable

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site or designated meeting location

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

 

Expected Hours: 40+ per week
