Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Landscape Technicians to assist in the maintenance and installation of landscaping projects. In this hands-on role, you'll work as part of a team to ensure high-quality results for our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, want to grow their skills, and be part of a professional, supportive crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, and planting

• Support installation of landscape features, including sod, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and hardscapes

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently (EX: trimmers, blowers, hand tools)

• Follow instructions from the Crew Leader and work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites

• Help inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning

• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures while on the job

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidates

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40+ per week
